Tutoring Services
At Super Nerds Tutoring, students receive personalized support guided by their school curriculum to strengthen understanding, build confidence, and improve school performance. Available online, in home, or in our Super Nerds Tutoring room located in NW Calgary.
$40 per hour
Elementary & Middle School
With a strong understanding of the curriculum, tutors build solid foundations while keeping learning fun and engaging.

High School
Helping students master difficult concepts, improve their grades, and stay on track academically. Sessions include assignment support, test preparation, and subject-specific guidance.

University Level

SAT preparation that focuses on strengthening reading, writing, and math skills while building test-taking strategies. Students receive personalized practice to help them succeed on their SAT.

MCAT
Structured MCAT preparation that includes Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, CARS, critical thinking, test-taking skills, and more, helping students understand difficult concepts and improve MCAT performance.
Art Classes

With an Essence Award in Grade 12 Art, Anjoli is passionate about sharing the joy of art and creativity. Julia, with a love for crocheting and drawing, wants to make every young artist feel confident and proud. Children will explore a wide range of mixed media, including paint (acrylic, oil, and watercolour), charcoal, oil pastels, scratch-off paper, embroidery, crocheting, ink, clay, tie-dye, chalk, coloured paper, play-dough and more! Along the way, students will learn various artistic techniques, experiment with materials, and discover their own unique creative style.
TEAM
Anjoli
Anjoli is an experienced tutor with a strong record of helping students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels succeed academically. She has extensive experience supporting children with diverse learning needs, including learning disabilities and attention-related challenges. Anjoli holds an Essence Award in Grade 12 Art, three Honor Awards, and a Level 1 Early Childhood Education Certification. She is currently studying psychology and is working towards a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, further deepening her understanding of child development and learning.
Anjona
Anjona offers over a decade of tutoring experience and specializes in MCAT preparation, as well as chemistry, biology, and mathematics for students at every level. She works with middle school, high school, and undergraduate learners, helping them build strong foundations and academic confidence. She holds an Honours Bachelor's degree from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Science from ACON School of Medicine in New Your City. She will begin medical school in August 2026, bringing advanced scientific expertise to her teaching. Her sessions combine clear explanations, structured learning plans, especially for students preparing for demanding exams like the MCAT.
Julia
Julia brings a warm, creative presence to her art tutoring, guiding children with a gentle and encouraging approach. She helps young learners explore their imagination through hands-on activities such as crocheting with colourful yarn, shaping playful clay figures, painting, and drawing. Her own artistic background includes creating purses, sweaters, hats, dresses, and a wide range of handmade pieces- skills she loves passing on to her students. Julia's sessions focus on building confidence, celebrating each child's unique style, and helping them discover the joy of creating something truly their own.
